Was quite skeptical arriving. But within five minutes the atmosphere and personable staff grew on me. The food was delicious and authentic. Would definitely recommend.

The crew on the boat were very welcoming and created a relaxed and informal atmosphere, and were very friendly. My wife was on crutches after breaking her ankle, but they helped her on and off the boat with care and consideration. The food was amazing, so tasty and perfectly cooked. The boat lazily cruised along the canal, and the scenery of big houses and other boats was interesting too. It felt very peaceful and relaxing in the heart of London. The wines were brilliant, and the wine waiter knew his wines well. Altogether an experience we can&#39;t wait to repeat. I thoroughly recommend it.

Don Pepe feels like a very authentic traditional Spanish restaurant. It&rsquo;s comfortable and rustic rather than edgy and exciting. The overall quality of the dishes is excellent and the prices are low. The owner is a lovely man and sets the tone. Our Monday 7:30 booking was based on reading thefork reviews. We were slightly disconcerted that it was so quiet when we arrived and it didn&rsquo;t get busy. In consequence there wasn&rsquo;t much ambiance. It might be different at peak times.
